Any firms taking on Dental Fluorosis (fluoride in water) within Canada?

Hello, I've had dental fluorosis dating back to childhood pictures. Those two big white streaks on my two front teeth are always a reminder. I've needed a lot of work done to my teeth, such as three years of braces, removal of wisdom teeth, and 3 other teeth due to spacing issues. My sister was chosen and was given porcelain veneers, all paid by our Canadian government. Her teeth are very statuesque, although I was too young at the time to be a candidate. I was wondering If there are any firms within Ontario that are taking on cases of fluoride in our water supply, causing defects such as dental fluorosis?
