Can I get Lumineers after braces?

I will be getting my braces off in a couple months and I want to get lumineers. I considered getting porcelain veneers, but I just think that lumineers are less of a trouble for me (and cheaper). I am 16 years old and have had braces for 3 years, and I still see imperfections in my teeth that braces did not fix. I also had an accident early in my childhood that caused damage to my front teeth and then dental work I got done to fix it isn't holding up very well.
