Do i need a moisture barrier between brick and batt insulation?

I am renovating a room in my brick veneer house with stud framed walls. I have torn down the old walls so now all that is left is the studs and brick. I am going to be adding batt insulation with the vapor barrier/paper face in towards the room. Do I also need some type of moisture barrier between the brick and insulation, such as felt or similar? Something that is not a vapor barrier but will retard some moisture/wind that seeps through the brick?
